Team Managers - Spring 2010
Thank you for volunteering to be the manager for your child's team.
As a team manager you will help with the communication and organizational task of the team throughout the season (i.e. snacks schedule, game reminders, tournament responsibilities, and end of season parties/trophies).
Below is a list of forms that will help you keep parents informed.
The head coach was given a copy of the medical roster and emails for your team. If you need another copy please email Liliana Alvarez at liliana.alvarez@carolinaelitesc.com .

| Player Card Instructions |
This is for teams attending the end of season tournament. All players, coaches and assistant coaches are required a completed player card to participate in the tournament. To obtain your team's player cards please email Liliana Alvarez. |
