To Apply for Financial Assistance: 1) Complete the online registration. Leave the registration in your cart, once all forms are received the registration will be completed. If the program fills up before the forms are recevied you are not guaranteed a spot on a team. 2) Print, complete and mail Financial Assistance forms along with required documents within 5 days of registration. 3) Deadline to submit Financial Assistance Forms is June 15th, 2024. **Your child's registration will not be processed until we receive the completed Financial Assistance Forms with required documents** |
