The Fall 2011 Challenge Cup Final 4 was held on December 17 and 18 at the Mesa Soccer Complex. Event champions received an automatic invite to the upcoming 2012 Southern Regional Championships which will be hosted by CESA/SCYSA at the Mesa Complex in June.

CESA 95 Boys Premier, 95 Girls Premier, 94 Girls Premier, 93 Boys Premier and 93 Girls Premier teams won the state championship in their respective age groups. The teams will continue to prepare to compete in the upcoming Southern Regional Championship event and with the added bonus of playing at home this summer will have high hopes for a strong showing. 

The Final 4 weekend always brings together the best teams within the state of South Carolina and this State Final weekend was no exception. In the Under 16 Boys and Girls finals CESA defeated South Carolina United- Mt Pleasant and South Carolina United by the scores of 1-0 and 2-0. This was the 3rd championship in a row for the 16 Girls and for the 95 Boys they have now taken home their 4th title in succession.

The CESA 94 Girls Premier (5th title in a row) won 2-1 in a final against South Carolina United. This was the third consecutive year that CESA has played and beaten the same team in the final and after winning the Fall 2011 Region III East Premier League Championship with an undefeated record it was a well deserved end to the SCYSA year.

The Under 18 teams representing CESA in the boys and girls final have both won multiple state championships and were determined to finish their youth careers on top. The 93 Boys team ( 4th title in a row) were convincing 3-0 winners against South Carolina United-Mt Pleasant while the 93 Girls Premier finshed as 7 time state champions after a very competitive 3-1 victory against their long time rivals from South Carolina United-Mt Pleasant.
