CESA has consistently produced top level players who have gone on the compete at the college level (DI, DII, DIII, NAIA, JUCO). Since 2009, over 300 male and female CESA players have advanced to the college game. Our staff communicates with college coaches every week in the effort to find the best place for your son or daughter to play at the next level.

In 2018 in partnership with local company Ballyhoo Sports, we created a CESA Recruiting website (screenshot below). The site was created to provide college coaches the ability to learn about our boys and girls ECNL players and watch game film. The site contatins the following:

  • Boys & Girls ECNL Rosters with Headshots
  • CESA College Alumni Database- Class of 2004 to present
  • Coaching Staff Bios
  • High quality match video of Boys and Girls ECNL teams

As is the case each year we will enter the evaluation process with the  primary goal of selecting the top players in each birth year to represent our club in the 2020-2021 ECNL season. We will players hailing from multiple states vying for places within our program. It is important to stress to all players/parents that we will select our teams based on the ability and attitude shown by each of the players taking part. In order to give all players an equal opportunity it is vital that previous club affiliations play no part in the yearly evaluations. This makes for a process that rewards continued improvement and affords new players the chance to measure themselves in an open and transparent environment.

Please keep in mind that potential ECNL-level players can and will be evaluated on an ongoing basis. Rosters will be released at a later date and we will communicate this date to all participants via email. Players being offered a position on our Full Time ECNL rosters will be contacted  via telephone and should be prepared to accept the position offered at that time. If a player is not selected for an ECNL roster they will still have the opportunity to play within our CESA program as we offer multiple teams in each birth year. Players not selected for the ECNL team may be asked to train on an ongoing basis with our ECNL team so that we can monitor the player’s progress. Players can and are added to our ECNL rosters from within our CESA program each year.
